Booking Appointment Booths:
There will be 40 booths available with preset buyer appointment schedules. These 40 booths are available for distributors of all content (movies, games, GUIs, apps) and not just TV/Short Subject. In an effort to accommodate as many as possible members may only book one appointment booth. Please book your appointment booth by selecting the language that your content is filmed/created in. If you wish to add A/V to your booth package please be sure to select that additional item when booking.
There is a strong desire to ensure the content purchasing needs are reflected in the booths at this conference. After 15 January 2020 if any booth is unsold, the Content Market Committee is authorized to fill that booth space with a company on the waitlist.

If the appointment booths are sold out in your primary language you will be able to place your company name on the waiting list.
Booking Non-Appointment Booths:
This popular event will also include a separate area for non-appointment booths for content providers including TV/Short Subject providers, movie distributors, games suppliers, GUI creators and app developers. If you wish to add A/V to your booth package please be sure to select that additional item when booking.

Note: A/V not included with package. The cost is $525 USD and includes monitor, DVD player, and technical support.

Full payment is due at booth booking to reserve your company’s space. If not paying online, the invoice is due upon receipt. Therefore, if funds have not been received to APEX headquarters within thirty days your booth space will be forfeited. APEX membership dues and all outstanding invoices on your account must be paid by 31 January 2020 or your booth space will be forfeited. Cancellation fees will apply.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION
If booth is cancelled by 30 January 2020 a cancellation fee of US $500 will apply. Cancellations on or after 31 January 2020 are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the booth.
2020 APEX membership dues must be paid by 31 January 2020 or your booth for the Content Market will be forfeited. Cancellation fees will still apply.
