*All registrants in this category will need to be approved by APEX.  Once you submit your registration in this category, an APEX staff member will contact you to confirm your registration.

For companies with booth registrations, the first distributor registrant is complimentary.  This registration has been confirmed with the booth contract.  Each additional distributor from your company must register at a fee individually.

Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are refundable through Friday, 8 March 2019, less a $25 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued after 8 March 2019.  APEX reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.  Refund requests will be processed 30 days after the meeting concludes.

Exhibitors: $500 cancellation fee if cancelling before 30 January 2019.
The fee for cancellations received on or after 30 January 2019 is equal to cost of booth.

Badges will be available for pickup at the event.
